What data we collect
When you send us a request through the web form, by e-mail or by phone, we collect the data you provide: name, company, phone, e-mail, details of the load and the transport, and attached files (photos, drawings). When the form is sent, we also record the page the request was sent from.
What we use the data for
We use the data to reply to your request, to prepare a quote, and to organise the transport and communicate about it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and the performance of the contract.
Who we share data with
The data is processed by our authorised service providers, such as our web hosting and e-mail service provider. To organise the transport, we may share the necessary data with partners involved in the transport. The data is not sold or used for advertising.
How long we keep the data
We keep the data for as long as necessary to reply to the request, perform the contract and meet our legal obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. To do so, write to info@barents.ee. You can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
